Do You Blog From Your Cell Phone?

Well, Today as I watched the new iPhone being unveiled and the Typepad application for it, I wondered whether Wordpress would have an iPhone application. After that I thought about it, does anyone actually use their cell phone to blog? I personally blog from a handheld or PDA on some occasions but mainly I sit at my desktop. Here are what I find are some challenges of blogging on your cell phone:
1) Small Keyboard : I mean, unless you have slender and tiny fingers that wouldn’t give you cramps but if you’ve got a regular sized hand then long posts can definitely take a while to type and may contain errors
2) Smaller Screen : Smaller screen means that you will have to scroll around quite a bit if your screen doesn’t auto-adjust a web page. You may also get frustrated with not being able to look through your entire post on one page.
3) Pictures : If you wanted to attach a picture or create a picture to add to your blog post then it may get hard to do so when you only have access to your phone’s memory.
Well, Just wondering, I have my desktop which is what I use most often but then I use my PDA’s if I dont have my desktop near me. Do any of you use your cell phone to blog and if so, what kind of cell phone?

I have ocassionally typed out a post or enough to remember what I was thinking for proper typing later on my PDA, but never from my cell phone…although I have left myself messages of things I want to check-out or write about later.
I know Jason over at http://www.j2fi.net writes lots of posts using his PDA and I am excited to check out and use the application he is creating for that purpose!
I do that sometimes when I have to jot down ideas and it definitely helps me remember better but I do type quite a bit on my PDA also. Ill check out Jason’s website and see what hes got going on.
My phone is too small to blog from. It takes me a long time to type out a text message, much less a blog. I don’t think I would use my phone for that even if it had a Qwerty keyboard. If I had huge breaking news… then maybe!
I agree! My cell phone has a small keyboard so it would take me a while to type although I am quick with the texting!
I’ve gotten pretty good at texting as well…I can even text without looking!
Same here! I don’t really need to look down but I have to say that t9 text really helps a lot too!
I’ve never really been a fan of that…I use the old school method of pressing the same button however many times for a given letter.
